These have been taken by booking time on serious telescopes in Tenerife and Chile, owned by a US company called Slooh. Not only are the telescopes, mounts and cameras several orders better than anything I could afford but the skies high up in the mountains are far better than the polluted skies of Blakedown. Realistically, it's the way to do astro-photography. Below are a few of the results, each with brief notes on the subject. |

| Self-publishing a book is now a very affordable way of presenting photographs and text. To get started first download the slick software package from Blurb.com and then start designing! Be warned - it gets to be addictive. Books in the public domain are in Blurb's online catalogue, where they can be bought at whatever price the author decides - in my case at cost! |
