First Sedgley Morris present St. Chads School with a new maypole after receiving a grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. With the £2150 grant, the side have purchased a PA system and four maypoles, all earmarked for loan to Sedgley schools. The poles will be used in the traditional Sedgley Maypole Festival at which the Morris side dance and play.
